How It Works

Creating a Product

Creating a new event with the fcrEventReg tool is an easy, four step process:

Step 1
Enter the name of your event, as well as a description, which can include images and links to other documents. A visitor signing up for your event will be shown this information, as well as the pricing which is entered in step 2.

Step 2
Enter the total number of registrants that you will allow to attend your event and complete the pricing options. You can specify the dates for early, standard, and late registration, as well as offering different rates based on whether a registrant is a member or not (members will be required to login to complete their registration and receive special pricing).

Step 3
This page allows you to create custom forms to ask your registrants questions regarding their registration. You can ask them yes/no questions, questions that require a full textual answer, checkboxes, and radio buttons.

Step 4
You can specify a message that will be emailed to the registrant after they have finished the registration process. You may also include a file to be attached, such as a digital brochure or schedule for your event.
